The Foundation for Recovery offers both full and partial scholarships to qualified applicants for treatment episodes. Potential recipients must apply using our Treatment Scholarship Recipient Application. For more information on eligibility and application instructions, please use the links below. Please note that all scholarships may vary depending on, but not limited to, applicant, availability of funds, and treatment program identified. All applications are reviewed by the Foundation for Recovery, Inc. Treatment Scholarship Committee.

Information for Treatment Facilities

The Foundation for Recovery, Inc. screens all treatment facilities prior to granting a funded scholarship. All facilities, including detoxification, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation, are encouraged to apply for consideration.
