Workshop - "Our Stories Have Power" - A Media Workshop for Recovery Advocates – with Tom Coderre, National Field Director, Faces & Voices of Recovery
The media helps recovery advocates to reach policy and decision makers; educate the public and attract new people to the growing movement of Recovery. During this workshop, participants learned about messaging and using their personal story to advocate for our issues in and out of the media. The media directly affects how people feel, think, and act.
